My trip to San Francisco, California

To get from Sacramento to San Francisco we took FOREVER... cause we stopped first in the Jelly Belly factory, yay! Here they are with the all-jelly-bean-portrait of THE GOVENATOR! (I don't know why its not THE GOVERNATOR, which sounds way better... anyway...)

Yeah, I know... we are dumb... lol (and worst... we, I mean... I got the Harry Potter all flavors jellys... and Lu (the other one) made us try the VOMIT one... and seriously... it tastes like vomit, aaaargh.
The next stop was Mc Donald's (but I don't have the pics yet... so I will post them later) And last stop was the winery (on the Napa Valley its full)... and I did what I had to do -when you are a member of ma' family-... taste wines!
After the wines...

The funniest pic... crazy colors!

Finally in San Francisco...

and that famous street I don't remember the name (me with my I'm-sick face)...

In Chinatown...

I wanted to make my mom try bubble tea, but first they call it tapioca drink so it was really difficult to find it, second they made it HORRIBLE! so... I will try again...

Some cute houses, there were so many nice ones in the Victorian neighborhood...

Something that being a tourist you CAN'T miss if you are in San Francisco... ALCATRAZ...

All this way to San Francisco was to get to IKEA... to buy some furniture for my step bro and wife, but obviously I was too busy looking everywhere to be thinking of taking pics.
And that's about it for now... I will post the rest soon!

My trip to Sacramento, California

A very quiet place... where I can say the most exciting thing it happened was to try this fondue!!! Yeah an awesome-YIN-YANG-black-and-white-chocolate FONDUE... could you believe that?!?! it's sweet! What a marvelous thing...

Gaby, my step brother, y Lu, my step sister in law, trying the fondue... (we went all the way to visit them)

And the cutest sculptures I've seen... and my mom

My trip to Los Angeles, California

Yeah, this is the first thing I saw when I was on my way to meet Laney at DreamWorks... It couldn't be more touristy... the Hollywood sign!

With Laney at her apartment...

The pool that Laney and Jenn have in their apartment buildings...

Fancy eh? The Cheesecake Factory... (this was part of our SEX AND THE CITY DAY)

At the Cheesecake Factory... Laney with her crazy drink...

Santa Monica's sky...

Visiting Kris Pearn (in Santa Monica) ... he took us to lunch, it was really nice!

Then we went to walk on the beach... this is Santa Monica's pier...

And Laney with the new photography museum... at the beach

This van (if you can call it like that) was one block away from Laney's... and as you could see it had live canaries inside that cage... insane!
Part of our SEX AND THE CITY DAY... shopping! I mentioned the series a couple of times that day to Laney, and we were having a total Sex & the City day when we decided to go to Largo (if that was the name of the pub) where this 80's guitar player (Colin Hay... he did that song "who can it be now" and has a song in the Garden State soundtrack). When to finish with our special day... who was there??? The guy that played Berger, one of Carrie's boyfriends, in the series. Craaaaaaaazy...
